Product Feature
The 18.9L Plastic Bottle Making Machines is composed of a main unit and a rotating infrared heater. Ordinary quartz lamp cannot ideally heat the bottle blank because the wall of the bottle blank is too thick. Secondly, our infrared heater has high penetrating power, which can heat both the inside and outside of the bottle blank at the same time, keeping the bottle blank evenly heated, thus high molding quality. Finally, during the production process, the operator simply puts the heated bottle blank into the blow molding mold, presses the switch, and the computer takes care of the whole process.
